Display and Design
All the three devices almost have same length display. This device also has the same resolution that is 1080 x 2340. Whereas regarding the protection provided. Oppo Reno is provided by Gorilla Glass 6 Protection and Redmi K20 on the other side has Gorilla Glass 5 Protection. Huawei has not provided any Gorilla Glass protection to the Nova 5.
In my opinion, Oppo Reno and Redmi K20 are ahead in terms of display than the Nova 5. You won’t see any notch or bezels on these two devices. Whereas there is still the presence of water-drop notch in the Huawei Nova 5.
Talking about the design still the Oppo and Redmi has done a great job in their device. This device has a motorized selfie camera installed. Oppo Reno has a slightly tilted popup selfie camera and K20 has a normal pop-up camera. So if you are looking for a good display and design Nova 5 may not be for you.

Performance
We all have seen Huawei using their own HiSilicon chipset in most of their device. So still the device is powered by their own HiSilicon Kirin 810 which is a powerful chipset. On the other side, the Oppo Reno and Redmi K20 have Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. Both this device runs on SD 700 series. But looking at the benchmark score of K20 it seems to be extremely powerful than most of the other flagship smartphones.
The Oppo Reno has Adreno 616 GPU, K20 has Adreno 618 and Nova 5 has Mali-G52 MP6 GPU. I personally would go for the K20 as it as more powerful GPU than other device.
Redmi seems to provide more storage option comparing with the other two devices. The Huawei stops at 128 GB Storage and the Oppo Reno provides 128 GB and 256 GB options.
Camera
Oppo Reno easily loses the battle in Camera. The Redmi K20 and Nova 5 still have competition on better camera quality. Although K20 has a Triple camera whereas the Nova 5 has Quad camera, the picture quality in the K20 is still excellent. However, I would recommend Nova 5 camera as it has an extra 4 cm Macro Lens feature which K20 lacks.

Battery
Redmi K20 wins the battle in the battery as it has large 4000 mAh Battery. Oppo Reno stands in second place with 3765 mAh battery and the Nova 5 has less powerful 3500 mAh Battery. But Huawei has still provided a 40W Fast charging support to this device which can fully charge the device within few hours.
Oppo Reno and K20 also have Fast charging support which is said to charge the device by 85 percent within 30 minutes.

Price
Oppo Reno starts from $480 price tag for 6 GB/ 128 GB variant, Redmi K20 starts from $380 for 6GB/ 128 GB and Nova 5 is expected to start from $430. So Oppo seems to make the Reno series slightly overpriced. As you can still get K20 at low price with better hardware.
